01How do I book equipment?
Add the items you need to your enquiry, select the dates and enter your contact details. We will confirm availability, the full configuration and the final price before booking.
02Are the prices shown excluding or including VAT?
Each product shows its daily price excluding VAT. In the enquiry form, you can switch the summary to the price including VAT. A 10% discount applies when the daily equipment value exceeds PLN 1,000, and a 20% discount applies above PLN 2,000.
03Is the equipment available immediately?
Availability depends on your selected dates. Once we receive your enquiry, we check the calendar and confirm the booking. For urgent requests, calling us is the quickest option.
04Where can I collect the equipment?
Collection is from Czarnohucka 10, 42-600 Tarnowskie Góry (Carbon Studio). We agree the exact collection time when confirming the booking.
05Can you deliver to the set?
Yes. Availability and the delivery fee are agreed individually based on the location, dates and size of the order.
06Can you help me choose a compatible kit?
Yes. If you are unsure about a lens mount, power supply, recording media or accessories, tell us about the shoot and your preferred way of working. We will check the configuration before handover.
07What is included with each product?
Cameras and recorders include spare batteries and cards or recording media. We confirm their number and capacity before booking; any other cables, mounts and accessories are selected to suit the configuration.
08What documents or security deposit are required?
The calculator shows a refundable deposit equal to 25% of the current value of the selected equipment. We confirm the exact security requirements before booking.
